Meet Dr. Jamie Klingman
Jamie Klingman has been a licensed real estate broker since 2016 and has served as broker of record for real estate firms across the country. She has owned and operated brokerages herself, so she understands the role from both sides: the owner who wants to grow, and the broker responsible for keeping the firm compliant.
Her work centers on Florida real estate law and brokerage operations. She sets up and supervises escrow accounts, reviews transactions, oversees advertising and agent compliance, and helps owners put the policies in place that let a firm scale. Owners bring her in so they can focus on recruiting agents and building their brand.
Jamie's view is simple. A broker of record should protect the firm without getting in the way of the people building it.
Before focusing on brokerage, Jamie built and sold a company of her own. She has taught at the USF Muma College of Business and the Jim Moran Institute at Florida State University, and speaks to business owners and brokers across the state. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University, an MBA from Chadron State College, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
